In order to ensure that the customized production of products can meet the needs of international customers and provide efficient and professional foreign trade services, the entire process is divided into the following seven steps.
1. Customer demand confirmation
First, we will understand the customer's product needs in detail through the demand documents provided by the customer or through emails, telephone, etc., including product specifications, quantity, functional requirements and usage scenarios. The technical team will communicate with the customer to confirm whether the technical parameters meet the customer's application requirements and determine whether customized design is required.
2. Product design and quotation
After confirming the needs, the factory's R&D and design teams will provide detailed design plans based on the customer's technical requirements, especially for connectors that need to be customized. Usually we will make samples for customer confirmation. After confirming the samples, we will provide customers with a formal quotation based on the production cost and order quantity. After both parties confirm the quotation, they sign a contract to clarify the delivery time, payment method and other cooperation details.
3. Order confirmation and production plan
After the customer signs the contract and pays the advance payment, the order is confirmed and effective. The factory will formulate a production plan based on the specific circumstances of the order to ensure that every link of production is carried out on time and in quality. The production plan will include in detail the procurement of raw materials, production line scheduling and the time nodes of each link.
4. Production and quality control
During the production process, we strictly follow international standards such as (ISO 16949, ISO 9001) to carry out production operations. Set up quality inspection nodes in key processes and conduct full inspections on each batch of products to ensure that the product quality meets customer requirements. If problems are found in production, they will be adjusted in time to ensure the qualified rate of the final product.
5. Packaging and transportation
After the production is completed, the factory will properly package the products according to the customer's requirements to ensure that the products will not be damaged during transportation. Then, we will assist customers in arranging the most suitable transportation method, such as sea, air or express, and provide cargo tracking services to ensure that customers can understand the transportation status of the goods in a timely manner.
6. Payment and document provision
After the production is completed, the customer needs to pay the balance according to the terms of the contract. The factory will provide customers with export documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc., so that customers can clear customs and pick up goods smoothly.
7. After-sales service
After the product is delivered, the factory provides continuous technical support, and will respond and provide solutions in a timely manner if there are any quality problems or technical difficulties. We communicate with our customers regularly, collect usage feedback, and continuously optimize our products and services based on the feedback.
